Project Manager, Associate level

Turner Property Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a leading independent property consultancy to appoint a Project Manager for its thriving London Development & Project Consultancy team. This opportunity is equally suited to an established Senior or Associate Project Manager, or an ambitious individual ready to step up to Associate level.

You will deliver a diverse portfolio of investor-led refurbishment, value-add and new-build schemes across the commercial office, residential, retail and industrial sectors. Project values typically range from £2m to £50m+, with responsibilities spanning project management, contract administration and Employer’s Agent duties. In addition to leading successful project delivery, you will play an active role in nurturing existing client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the business.

The ideal candidate will be MRICS or MAPM qualified, preferably from a buildings surveying, architectural or engineering background, and will possess a strong track record of independently delivering complex projects within the commercial property sector. Experience with JCT contracts, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a commercially focused approach are essential. You will be comfortable acting as the primary client contact, leading multidisciplinary teams and identifying opportunities for repeat business.
