About the Role

Join our retail teams to be the friendly face our customers see as they walk into one of our stores. It’s our job to connect with our customers, helping them to get the most out of their technology, whilst providing an outstanding and memorable experience.

What you’ll do
  • Store leadership and day to day operational management
  • Making confident decisions that drive store performance
  • Partnering with the Store Manager, Regional Manager and wider teams
  • Motivating, coaching and developing your team
  • Delivering training on new services and essential refreshers
  • Ensuring full FCA compliance and strong operational standards
  • Owning performance reviews, escalations and key outcomes
  • Leading product launches and sharing market‑leading insights
Who you are
  • Experienced in recruiting, coaching and managing teams to deliver great results
  • A confident leader who supports regional operations and communication
  • Skilled in handling disciplinary and grievance processes professionally
  • Focused on maintaining strong store performance and smooth operations
  • Comfortable analysing dashboards and reporting on performance insights
  • Able to spot, nurture and develop top talent across the team
  • Influential across multiple stores through regional ownership responsibilities
  • Knowledgeable about Vodafone and competitor products and services
  • Committed to following company policies and delivering compliant store operations
  • Always acting with integrity to ensure customers receive clear, accurate information
