Spencers Recruitment in North West London is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance across managed properties. You will liaise with tenants, diagnose issues, instruct contractors and build a trusted network of suppliers.
You will prepare clear reports, coordinate repairs, manage contractor scheduling and ensure service standards across the portfolio while working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
