SPEAR is seeking an experienced Hostel Manager to lead a 14-bed, 24-hour supported hostel service in Richmond. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure safety, and deliver high-quality, trauma-informed support to residents with complex needs, helping them progress towards independence.
You will manage a team, coordinate rotas, and work with local authorities to maintain high service standards while upholding SPEAR’s values. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact.
