Demand Manager - IR35 - Hybrid - Insurance

Position: Demand Manager - £526 per day Inside IR35 - Hybrid - Insurance
My Insurance client is currently seeking for a Network Demand Manager to take ownership of the demand, forecasting, financial planning and stakeholder engagement activities for Global Network Services.

Key Responsibilities Own and manage the Network demand pipeline, ensuring requirements from affiliates, operations, engineering and architecture teams are captured, assessed and prioritised. Develop and maintain network financial forecasts, budgets and cost allocation models to support business growth and integration activities. Partner with vendors, technical teams and business stakeholders to evaluate requirements, optimise spending and support procurement and renewal activities. Coordinate onboarding and readiness activities for new affiliates, managing risks, milestones, reporting and stakeholder communications.

Analyse network capacity, licensing and service consumption trends to identify optimisation opportunities and support future investment planning. Requirements Proven experience in Demand Management, Service Management, Business Relationship Management or Infrastructure Portfolio Management within a large enterprise environment. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage technical teams, suppliers and business leaders across multiple geographies. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and cost management for IT infrastructure or network services.

Good understanding of enterprise networking concepts, including WAN, LAN, cloud connectivity, network security and capacity planning. Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, with experience managing competing priorities and translating business requirements into technology demand.
