As Senior Manager, Sustainability, you will help shape how materials, partnerships, and external ecosystems evolve to enable a low‑carbon future. Not internally alone, but across industries.

You will operate as a connector, strategist, and execution lead across complex sustainability initiatives.

• Co‑shape and drive 2 to 3 high‑impact initiatives focused on decarbonizing materials.
• Manage strategic partnerships with key external stakeholders.
• Identify and engage emerging trends, technologies, and collaborators.
• Support senior leadership, including the Chief Sustainability Officer, on high‑level agendas and positioning.
• Contribute to long‑term system change strategies and sustainability roadmaps.
• Collaborate across internal teams including materials strategy, public affairs, and communications.

• Materials Decarbonization – Support the transition away from virgin fossil carbon in materials.
• Ecosystem Engagement – Build and manage partnerships that unlock system‑wide change.
• Strategic Foresight – Scout trends and align external developments with internal strategy.
• Executive Enablement – Support leadership in shaping narratives and influencing global discussions.

• A master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in multi‑stakeholder partnerships and sustainability strategy.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills across formats.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to navigate complex market dynamics.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders internally and externally.
• Strong ownership mindset with project management capability.
• Willingness to travel 40 to 60 days annually.
