Location: Greater London

Galeta, a leading artisan wholesale bakery in London, seeks a Head of Customer Experience to own the function end to end from our Farringdon office. You will lead a four-person team, manage seven days a week operations, and ensure exceptional service across over a thousand wholesale accounts.

You will set standards, drive retention, and partner with production, dispatch and logistics to prevent issues at source.
