** Job Description Summary
** The Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of one or more facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for occupants. This role oversees facility services, vendor and contract management, budgeting, compliance, maintenance programs, and team leadership while delivering high levels of customer service and operational excellence.
** Job Description
**** Key Responsibilities
*** Manage daily facility operations, including maintenance, engineering, custodial, and site services.
* Oversee vendor contracts, service delivery, compliance, and cost management.
* Ensure facilities are maintained to operational, safety, and appearance standards.
* Respond to occupant requests and drive service excellence in line with SLAs.
* Manage budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, and financial reporting.
* Maintain compliance with company policies, regulations, safety standards, and insurance requirements.
* Support capital projects, facility improvements, and cost-saving initiatives.
* Lead, coach, and develop facility team members.
* Monitor and report on operational performance and continuous improvement opportunities.
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
* 5–7 years of facilities, property, or building management experience in a commercial or corporate environment.
* Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and building operations.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and facility management systems; CMMS experience preferred.
* Industry certifications (CFM, IFMA, BOMA) are a plus.
