Synthesia, the world’s leading AI video platform, is seeking a Customer Success/Account Manager to own a large portfolio (>100 accounts) and partner with the commercial team to drive cohesive renewals.
You will maintain a rolling 90‑day renewal forecast, negotiate terms, and unlock expansion opportunities through 1:1 and 1:many initiatives across Enterprise SaaS customers in London. This hybrid role requires in-office presence 3 days/week.
