OUNO, London’s leading executive ride-hailing platform, is seeking an experienced Driver Onboarding & Training Manager to lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new chauffeurs from our head office in London.
You will run onboarding sessions (in-person and virtual), deliver training workshops on customer service, safety, route planning, and platform use, and ensure licensing, insurance, and background checks meet our premium standards.
