Overview
Working hours:
Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday
- Own the P&L across Devices, Financing, Accessories and Insurance
- Lead the Risks & Opportunities process to manage risk and unlock growth
- Define and execute commercial strategy with the Devices proposition team
- Lead commercial input into business cases for new propositions
- Optimise commercial terms with OEMs and 3rd party partners
- Monitor cost drivers and revenue leakage
- Ensure accurate forecasting and performance reporting, and deliver high quality commercial PIRs
- Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Champion team engagement and development
- Telecoms or consumer electronics experience
- Strong understanding of consumer telcos, with focus on device economics and financing models
- Proven P&L ownership and delivery
- Skilled in business case development and commercial modelling
- Strong leadership and stakeholder influence
- Experience managing external partnerships
- Comfortable in fast-paced, complex environments
- Telecoms or consumer electronics experience
- Strong understanding of consumer telcos, with focus on device economics and financing models
