Location: Greater London
Byte Dance seeks a Safeguarding Manager in London to lead the safeguarding framework across the finance and compliance functions. You will ensure protection of customer funds, align with EMR/PSR requirements, and work with auditors and regulators.
In this role, you will own governance documentation, oversee reconciliations for safeguarded funds, and partner with Finance, Operations and Compliance to embed controls in scaling business processes. A strategic yet hands-on leader is essential.
