A leading property management company, is seeking a passionate and experienced Facilities Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Facilities Manager BTR, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of our diverse portfolio of properties. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary range of £50,000, providing you with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our business and the communities we serve.

Contribute to the well-being and satisfaction of our tenants by maintaining high standards of facilities, health, safety, and environmental management.  Preferred Requirements:  
Provide facilities and project management experience, with additional expertise in health, safety, and environmental management.
Assist in managing the provision of hard and soft facilities management, refurbishment, and refresh projects, while monitoring service providers and contractors' performance.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, Houses in Multiple Occupation, and the Housing Health and Safety Rating Scheme.
Maintain and update property maintenance schedules, life cycle plans, and cost forecasts to optimize the efficiency of our facilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional facilities management services and support the overall business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ideally hold a formal professional qualification in building, engineering, or construction, supported by a recognized qualification in Facilities Management and preferably in Health, Safety, and/or Environmental Management.
Be a member of a recognized professional body, such as IWFM (BIFM), MCIOB, MRICS, IFMA, IOSH, or equivalent.
Possess extensive experience at a senior level in Facilities
