Location: Greater London
La Nouvelle Garde is opening a new French brasserie in Chelsea, London, and we’re seeking a high-energy Floor Manager to lead the floor, ensure service quality, train staff and coach performance.
You’ll oversee guest experiences, manage Head Waiters and Runners, handle reservations, seating, and maintain KPIs while coordinating with the kitchen. This is for a grand opening with a strong hospitality culture and visa/UK work rights required.
