C&C Search is currently recruiting an EA to CEO to support the Chief Executive of a well-established consultancy company based in London’s West End. This is a strategic EA to CEO position, acting as a right hand to a dynamic and mission-driven leader.

• Diary and travel coordination
• Staying ahead of the CEO and anticipating needs
• Preparing the CEO for meetings and engagements
• Strategic thinking and seeing the ‘big picture’
• Supporting with projects and ad hoc business needs
• Assisting with board meeting preparation and follow-up

The ideal EA to CEO will have experience working within a high-performing, fast-paced team. Experience in consulting or financial services is ideal, but a solid senior level will be needed for this role. You’ll be confident, proactive, and able to build strong relationships across the business. You'll need to be commercially astute and have experience bringing your strategic input forward confidently.
