Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Manager who will be responsible for the day-to‑day execution of the commercial plan across UK & Ireland, working closely with distributor partners (e.g. Ceuta / Ocean) to ensure strong in‑market execution.

This is a high visibility role within the UK&I organisation, with regular interaction with UKI leadership team and distributor commercial teams.

This role is highly hands‑on, requiring strong attention to detail, ownership of key processes, and proactive follow‑up to ensure plans are executed with excellence. It also offers a strong opportunity for growth and development, with increasing exposure to broader commercial leadership, revenue management, and strategic decision‑making over time.

Responsibilities:
1. Commercial Execution & Performance Tracking
  • Support delivery of sales targets across UK & Ireland through close tracking of performance by customer, SKU, and channel
  • Monitor weekly/monthly sales performance and highlight risks, gaps, and opportunities
  • Support development and execution of customer‑specific plans and promotions and delivery against agreed plans with excellence in execution
  • Work with distributors to ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales data and work with finance team to ensure accurate reporting alignment
