Senior Media Rights Manager

Ruebik is partnering with an established organisation in the sports sector to appoint a Senior Media Rights Manager.

This is a commercially focused role for someone who understands the sports broadcasting landscape and knows how to build valuable, long-term relationships with broadcasters, platforms and other media partners.

You’ll take ownership of several important partner relationships, ensuring agreements are managed effectively while supporting wider media distribution, commercialisation and rights-sales activity.

Your remit will include:

• Leading day-to-day relationships with key media partners and platforms
• Supporting commercial negotiations, contract renewals and rights-sales processes
• Coordinating the onboarding and servicing of broadcast partners
• Supporting the distribution of content and programming across traditional and digital platforms
• Developing market intelligence across the UK and selected international territories
• Working collaboratively with content, digital, marketing, sponsorship, strategy and events teams
• Identifying opportunities to grow commercial value, audiences and engagement

We’d like to hear from people with:

• Approximately 8–10 years’ experience in sports media, broadcasting or rights
• Strong knowledge of broadcast and digital media rights
• Experience gained within a broadcaster, platform, rights holder or agency
• A successful record of strategic account and partner management
• Strong commercial judgement and confidence supporting complex negotiations
• Established relationships across broadcasting, media or sports marketing
• Experience working across UK and international markets

You’ll be relationship-led, commercially curious and comfortable managing several priorities in a fast-moving environment.
