About the roleAs our National Technical Manager, you'll lead and develop a talented team of Technicians. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Technical team, ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining safe, efficient and consistent operations across the UK.
This is a hands‑on leadership role that combines people management, operational planning and customer engagement. As a team leader, you will be responsible for setting & tracking team targets and delivering results in line with business goals, while adapting priorities and setting clear expectations when needed.
You’ll work closely with teams across the business to drive continuous improvement, develop technical capability, and ensure our customers receive the knowledgeable, friendly service that Allpress is known for.
No two days are exactly the same, but you’ll spend your time supporting and leading our Technical team to deliver exceptional service across the UK. You will oversee scheduling, resource planning and service delivery to ensure customer needs are met efficiently. You’ll work closely with technicians, customers, external machinery suppliers and internal teams to ensure our service standards remain consistently high.

- Experience in managing a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and with customers.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience managing operational workflows, planning resources, and driving continuous improvement.
- A customer‑focused mindset with a track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make practical, considered decisions.
- Experience with in a technical service, field service, equipment, hospitality, coffee, or related operational environment would be highly beneficial.
Hours:
5 days per week around 40 hours per week.
Days:
Monday - Friday
Times:
Normally 9-5
Salary: £38, (salary is dependant on experience)
Probation period: 3 months

Head of Wholesale UK
