The Doyle Collection has appointed Katie Farrell as Chief Commercial Officer, marking a new chapter for the Irish luxury hotel group as it continues to strengthen its global commercial and marketing strategy.

The Doyle Collection owns hotels in Ireland, the UK and the US. In Ireland, it owns Dublin hotels The Croke Park and the iconic Westbury Hotel. In Cork, it owns the River Lee Hotel and in Washington DC it owns The Dupont Circle Hotel. In London, the group owns The Marylebone, The Kensington and The Bloomsbury.

Ms Farrell has assumed the role of Chief Commercial Officer following more than 11 years as Director of Sales and Marketing at The Westbury, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the hotel’s market positioning, driving sustained commercial performance and elevating its profile as one of Europe’s most celebrated luxury properties. Since joining

The Doyle Collection in 2014, she has been instrumental in delivering strategic growth, building high-performing teams and cultivating strong relationships across international markets.

In her new position, Ms Farrell will be based at the Group’s head office in Dublin, where she will lead the commercial, sales, and marketing strategy across The Doyle Collection’s portfolio of eight landmark hotels. Working closely with hotel leadership teams and head office colleagues, she will focus on strengthening the Group’s global presence, enhancing brand performance and driving long-term commercial success.

Commenting on her appointment, Katie Farrell said: “After more than 11 years as Director of Sales and Marketing at The Westbury, I am delighted to take on the role of Chief Commercial Officer for The Doyle Collection. I have grown and learned so much within the Group since joining in 2014, and it has been a privilege to contribute to our commercial direction and sustained performance.
