MMP Consultancy is seeking five highly organised Disrepair Case Officers for a Local Authority in south London, offering £300 per day. The role involves managing a varied caseload, coordinating with surveyors, contractors and legal services, and protecting the Council from disrepair claims.
You will work in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays with remaining days at home, handling cases from initial complaint to resolution and providing timely updates to residents and management.
