A highly successful and internationally recognised investment firm is seeking an experienced Office & Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of its London office.

This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring a first-class workplace environment, managing office operations, facilities, administrative services, and supporting key HR processes. The successful candidate will lead a small front-of-house team and work closely with senior leadership to maintain exceptional standards across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of office operations and facilities management.
• Manage relationships with landlords, building management, contractors, suppliers and service providers.
• Oversee office maintenance, repairs, workplace improvements and refurbishment projects.
• Ensure a premium office environment is maintained at all times.
• Manage office budgets, invoices, contracts and vendor performance.
• Coordinate business continuity and workplace compliance processes.
• Oversee travel supplier relationships and support travel policy compliance.
