Market Director - Education

Location: Farringdon, London (Hybrid Minimum 12 Days Per Week)

Salary: Up to £150,000 Basic + 40% Bonus

We're partnering with an ambitious AI-native consultancy to appoint a Market Director who will lead and grow its Education consulting practice.

This is a unique opportunity for a commercially focused consulting leader to take ownership of an established market, shaping strategy, winning new business and developing long-term client relationships across the UK Education sector.

This is not a delivery management role. Instead, the successful candidate will focus on growing the Education practice through business development, proposition development and strategic leadership while working closely with an experienced executive team.

Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the Education market by identifying opportunities, developing new consulting propositions and winning high-value transformation engagements.

Approximately 70% of the role is focused on business development and market growth, with the remaining time spent supporting proposition development, consulting capability and ensuring the successful delivery of the work you have secured.
