Swissport UK&I is seeking an Airport Team Manager to lead day-to-day operations across the station, ensuring safe, profitable, high-quality performance. You will motivate staff to meet airline targets while upholding company procedures and brand values, and provide leadership across a diverse workforce.
You will benchmark against leadership competencies, drive change, manage costs, and develop future team leaders, liaising with Trade Unions and customers to deliver value and growth at the site.
