Service Design Lead

Salary: £125, per year

• Expertise in end-to-end service design, process mapping, and operating model design.
• BPMN experience is desirable.
• Active SC clearance is essential.

We are supporting a major transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Service Design Workstream Lead to take ownership of a critical workstream.

This is a 6-month initial contract based in London with a hybrid working pattern of 1-2 days onsite per week. The rate is up to c £600 inside IR35 via umbrella.
