Kennedy Pearce Consulting is partnering with a well-established, multi-site consumer business to appoint their first Head of Payroll. The role offers hybrid working with office-based days initially, and leads the full payroll function for ~200 staff as the organization transitions from outsourcing.
You will own payroll strategy, lead system implementation, and build governance. This is a senior, strategic hands-on opportunity to shape payroll across Finance, HR and operations.
