We're recruiting on behalf of a leading UK professional membership organisation seeking an experienced Commercial & Partnerships Director to drive commercial growth, develop strategic partnerships and lead high-performing teams.
Key responsibilities:- Lead the organisation's commercial growth strategy.
- Drive sustainable revenue across membership, partnerships, training and commercial services.
- Develop new commercial partnerships and income streams.
- Enhance customer and member value propositions.
- Lead, inspire and develop multidisciplinary teams.
- Use customer insight, CRM and data to improve acquisition, retention and cross-selling.
- Oversee pricing, commercial performance and profitability.
- Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to shape future strategy.
- Senior commercial leadership experience.
- A strong background in partnerships, business development and revenue generation.
- Experience with in a membership organisation, professional body or B2B environment.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness, strategic thinking and financial acumen.
- A collaborative leadership style with experience managing and developing teams.
