Senior Manager/Director - Aerospace Executive Search

We are representing a rapidly expanding and ever evolving global exec search firm; who currently have three arms to the business providing executive talent to the Commodities, FS and Fin Tech markets; but they have exciting plans to launch a fourth – in aerospace.

With year-on-year growth demand for their services has been growing and with already a strong reputation in the retained exec search market, they are launching the new brand to coincide with the Artemis Project in May.

Our client is looking for an experienced aerospace person to take this blank sheet and build this division & their team around them. Operating with a differential level of detail, complexity, quality and speed in comparison to contingent processes; this is an opportunity to develop your career and work with C- suite clients at the highest level, in robust, detailed and highly professional processes;

where all stakeholders are fully committed to gaining an outcome from each search process and you as a leader, are rewarded with equity in the business.

Our client is looking for someone who has a passion for aerospace recruitment; alongside the desire to offer the highest level of service. You will have a track record of headhunting, mapping and securing quality candidates for clients within the aerospace sector; delivering mid to senior leadership appointments.
