This would be an excellent opportunity for an experiencedmanager within engineering recruitment to come in, set up and lead a newdivision with the full financial backing and the support of the Director. Thisis a new role & division, therefore you will be looking after the mid-senior level engineering roles and come into an area that already has a busy desk aswell as immediate clients for you to deliver the world-class end-to-end search process globally.

The successful candidate will have previously:

· Worked with engineering clients and understand the technical intricacies around the engineering sector.

· Developed new business and key stakeholderrelationships

· Held accountability and delivery of revenue andGP target for themselves and their team

· Developed and mentored a team through regularmonthly sales plans

· Created formal proposal documents as part ofbids and tenders
