The role requires a highly adaptable and hands-on individual who combines strong people leadership and operational oversight with a solid understanding of finance, structuring, governance, and family office best practice.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations and coordination of the London family office

Assist with structuring matters across entities, investments, and jurisdictions
Drive operational efficiencies, processes, and organisational development within an evolving entrepreneurial environment
Support special projects, transactions, and broader business interests of the principals as required
Maintain oversight across the various activities of the family office while balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day execution
Candidate Profile Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Approximately 7+ years’ post-qualification experience
Prior experience within a family office, private office, investment office, or closely held entrepreneurial environment is highly desirable
Strong leadership and people management capability, with experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams
Commercially minded, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented
Comfortable operating in a hands-on, non-corporate environment with changing priorities
Broad understanding of family office operations, including finance, governance, structuring, tax coordination, and administration
High levels of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally
The Opportunity This position offers significant exposure, autonomy, and long-term growth potential within a sophisticated but entrepreneurial single family office environment.
