Our client is going through a major period of change as part of the biggest overhaul of the sector in decades. With several transition work streams running in parallel, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to provide additional delivery capacity.
Responsibilities- Lead project work streams supporting the transition.
- Manage plans, timelines, risks, dependencies and milestones.
- Coordinate stakeholders across legal, finance and operations.
- Support due diligence and governance activity.
- Strong Project Management experience within complex change or transition programmes.
- Experience managing multiple work streams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience with contract, legal entity or business transition projects.
- Strong planning, governance and risk management skills.
