The Swatch Group (UK) Ltd is seeking a skilled retail HR/Operations lead to oversee payroll, recruitment at management level, salary reviews, and HR escalations across Swatch stores and kiosks in the UK.
You will produce reports for line management and HQ, sign off on paperwork, visit stores weekly, and manage P&L (excluding rents) while coaching Area Managers and implementing group policies.
