Fortus Recruitment Group are seeking an experienced Regional Commercial Manager to join their property services division, working on social housing projects across the UK. The role manages cost planning and contract setup, and oversees a team of 3–4 senior quantity surveyors to keep works on time and within budget.
With 5+ years in commercial management and familiarity with NHF schedules, you will drive cost/value reporting, cash flow and P&L oversight, and attend client meetings.
