Senior Project Manager – Commodities Trading & ETRM Transformation

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple high-profile transformation initiatives within a commodities trading environment. This is a business-facing delivery role requiring an individual who can successfully bridge the gap between senior stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring complex programmes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic business objectives. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating at all levels of the organisation, from engaging directly with front-office and operational stakeholders to coordinating developers, business analysts, vendors, architects, and support teams across global locations.

While commodities and ETRM experience are highly valuable, the primary focus is on finding a proven delivery leader with a track record of managing multiple complex projects, driving stakeholder engagement, and leading cross-functional teams through successful change programmes.

eYou will be responsible for leading large-scale business and technology initiatives within the commodities trading space, including ETRM/CTRM implementation projects and broader operational transformation programmes. Managing multiple work streams and teams simultaneously, you will ensure clear governance, effective communication, strong stakeholder alignment, and successful execution across the full project lifecycle. This role requires someone who thrives in complex environments, takes ownership of delivery, and can confidently challenge, influence, and guide both business and technology stakeholders towards successful outcomes
