Low Carbon is seeking a part-time Head of Reward in London to lead total reward strategy, pay, benefits and long-term incentives. The role reports to the People Director and collaborates with Exco, Finance and the People Team to design governance-aligned frameworks responsive to market conditions.
The ideal candidate will be highly numerate, able to build credibility with senior stakeholders, and comfortable across People, Finance, Legal and Tax.
