Make a Genuine Strategic Impact This is far more than a traditional finance leadership role. As Finance Director, you will take ownership of the organisation's financial strategy, ensuring sound governance, robust financial planning, and effective decision making across the business. You will be a trusted advisor to the CEO and board, providing the financial insight needed to support sustainable growth and long-term success.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the organisation's financial strategy, planning and reporting functions. Driving budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management processes. Ensuring strong financial governance, compliance and risk management. Supporting acquisitions, mergers and growth projects through financial evaluation and due diligence. Leading post-acquisition integration activities to maximise value. Providing strategic insight and partnering with senior stakeholders to support business decisions. Developing and leading a high-performing finance function.

You'll bring: ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification or equivalent experience. Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role with both strategic and operational responsibility. A track record of supporting acquisitions, mergers or business growth initiatives. Strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management. Experience leading organisational change and influencing senior stakeholders. Excellent analytical, commercial and decision-making skills. Outstanding leadership and relationship-building capabilities.
