UCL is seeking a Workplace Counselling Lead to design and establish its new Workplace Counselling Service. The role requires strategic leadership, clinical expertise and a track record of building a service from the ground up.
Reporting to the Head of Workplace Wellbeing, you will recruit and lead a team, oversee governance and quality assurance, and ensure ethical, effective support for colleagues across the university. Hybrid work with 3 onsite days at London Kings Cross.
