Mental Health Program Manager

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management, leading multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Experience in Mental Health principles, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures.
  • Experience in Mental Health, with a focus on program development and management.
  • Experience with global Mental Health regulations, standards, and best practices.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in a Mental Health field.
  • Experience working in a large, multinational organization.
  • Strong direct experience in leading Mental Health strategy.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with medical and mental health and counseling services fields, health promotion and wellness programs, and global/regional health regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a cohesive global Mental Health vision and risk-based strategy that exceeds industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and improve in-depth expertise in relevant local, state, and federal laws related to Mental Health.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our industry leading Mental Health Standards are implemented and continuously improved upon.
  • Create and deliver a proactive Mental Health and culture that promotes wellness, identifies and mitigates workplace hazards, and minimizes work‑related illness and injury.
