You'll be joining a team of seasoned consultants and industry experts who bring real credibility to some of the most demanding programme environments in the country. The work spans digital delivery, operating model design, PMO setup, programme governance, capability development and more, so no two days look the same.

To be considered, you'll need proven experience delivering major programmes or transformation at a senior level within a consulting or professional services environment, backed by a genuine understanding of the Defence sector and its digital agenda; think AI, Cyber, Cloud, data and analytics. You'll also need to be someone who can win work, lead bids, build lasting client relationships and bring a team with you under pressure.
