JLL Workplace Management are seeking an Engineering Manager to cover multiple sites within Central London on behalf or a world renowned client

Roles and Responsibility:

• Fully responsible for ensuring that the sites electrical, mechanical, HVAC and general services equipment are maintained in accordance with the agreed specifications and all such services operate efficiently at all times.
• Plan co-ordinate and deliver monthly business reviews (M ) for your region of responsibility.
• Regular travel between site locations offering technical support to the engineering teams on site.
• Point of contact for technical related issues and escalations OOH.
• Monitoring Corrigo daily ensuring your teams are completing monthly PPM/reactive work orders within KPI timescales.
