Construction is seeking a Business Improvement Project Manager to lead a hybrid role based in London or Manchester. You will deliver a range of change and process improvement projects, coaching teams and driving a Lean/CI agenda to improve outcomes for customers, both internal and external.
You will design and redesign processes, identify pain points, and apply change management techniques while engaging stakeholders at all levels to sustain improvements across the business.
