Director Building Surveyor

Director Building Surveyor role in London paying a £61,500 base salary with OTE up to £180,000 through a quarterly performance bonus. This is a Permanent Full-time position combining direct client and project involvement with responsibility for revenue, WIP and profitability.

Responsibilities

* Generate building surveying fee income through established clients, contacts and targeted account development.

* Lead strategic client relationships and develop recurring programmes and portfolio commissions.

* Grow revenue across project management, technical due diligence, dilapidations and wider building consultancy services.

* Identify multidisciplinary opportunities across cost, project management, ESG, fire and related property disciplines.

* Own WIP, billing, recovery and profitability across personally generated clients and managed instructions.

Requirements

* MRICS chartered status.

* Substantial senior commercial building surveying consultancy experience.

* Established client relationships capable of generating recurring professional fee income.

* Proven experience winning instructions and developing client accounts.

* Commercial responsibility for revenue, WIP, billing and profitability.

Salary & Package

 * £61,500 base salary

* Quarterly bonus worth 40% of qualifying fee income above cost.
