• Supervise and coordinate recycling projects within the Facilities & Environment department to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for recycling initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and adjust resources as necessary to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to optimize recycling processes and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies regarding waste management and recycling.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in recycling operations.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on project status, challenges, and outcomes for senior management.
• Provide guidance and support to team members involved in recycling projects, fostering a culture of safety and sustainability.
