As Head of Locality North, or Head of Locality South - you will lead a significant area of Children's Social Care, providing strategic and operational leadership across locality-based services that support children, young people and families. Working as part of the Children's and Education Services Senior Leadership Team Senior Leadership Team, you will champion relationship-based practice, ensuring children receive the right support at the right time through integrated working with Family Help, education, health and wider partners.
You will drive service improvement, quality practice and effective safeguarding arrangements, ensuring services are responsive to the needs of Nottingham's communities. We are looking for two dynamic and experienced leaders who can inspire teams, drive performance and deliver sustainable service improvement. You will have a strong understanding of safeguarding, children's social care and partnership working, together with the ability to translate strategic priorities into excellent operational practice.
These are exciting opportunities to play a leading role in shaping Nottingham's locality-based approach, ensuring children and families benefit from seamless, child-centred and outcome-focused support.
