Senior Compliance Monitoring Manager

I'm working with a leading FCA-regulated financial services business looking to appoint a Senior Manager to lead its Compliance Monitoring function.

Please note:

This is a Regulatory Compliance role and not a Financial Crime Monitoring or AML Assurance position.

• Lead the redesign and implementation of the Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP).
• Overhaul the existing monitoring framework, introducing a robust, risk-based approach.
• Own and evolve the Compliance Monitoring Plan.
• Lead and develop a small, high-performing Compliance Monitoring team.
• Deliver monitoring reviews, report findings and drive remediation through to completion.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to embed a strong compliance culture and continuously improve the control environment.

• Proven experience owning or significantly enhancing a Compliance Monitoring Programme within an FCA-regulated firm.
• Strong knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements and monitoring methodologies.
• Experience gained within a fast-paced financial services environment, ideally where change and growth are a constant.
• A proactive, hands-on leader who enjoys building, improving and challenging the status quo rather than simply maintaining an existing framework.
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, taking ownership and making things happen.

London (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)

Up to £125,000 pa base + excellent package
