The current pipeline includes several major Central London developments

Several are already at PCSA/pre-construction stage
, providing the successful candidate with the opportunity to influence commercial strategy from the outset and remain involved through delivery and final account.

As Senior MEP Commercial Manager
, you'll take a senior position within the MEP commercial function and play a key role in the commercial success of these projects.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing and mentoring commercial teams
• Procurement and subcontract strategy
• Commercial reporting and cost control
• Valuations, variations and change management
• Risk and opportunity management
• Subcontractor management and negotiations
• Supporting pre-construction and PCSA activities
• Working closely with senior operational and MEP leadership
• Taking projects through to completion and final account

This is a role for someone who wants real influence
, rather than simply managing a set of commercial processes.

You’ll need a strong background in MEP commercial management
, with experience across procurement, subcontract management, cost control, commercial strategy and project delivery.

A background with a Tier 1 main contractor or leading MEP contractor would be highly relevant.
