As a Manager
, you will start to take a leadership role in delivering high-impact Market Access and HEOR consulting projects
, ensuring quality, consistency, and strategic alignment across multiple work streams. Building on your experience as a Senior Consultant, you will oversee delivery across full project scopes
, manage cross-functional teams
, and serve as a trusted strategic partner to clients navigating complex pricing, evidence, and access environments.

Managers at Acumetis are responsible for owning project programmes from planning and execution to quality control and team leadership. You will lead client relationships

. You will work closely with Senior Consultants, Analysts, and Consultants, bringing clarity, structure, and direction to complex assignments.

This role introduces formal line management responsibilities. You will coach, mentor, and develop direct reports through structured feedback, performance discussions, and wellbeing support. You will also progress through Acumetis's Leadership Academy pathway

• Challenge and improve evidence, research, and methodological approaches across projects, ensuring alignment to client objectives.

• Lead high-impact synthesis frameworks and drive the development of compelling strategic narratives.

• Validate analytical outputs and ensure statistical or modelling work is defensible and aligned to strategic direction.

• Guide teams to apply HEOR frameworks, HTA logic, and pricing/access principles appropriately and consistently.

• Shape and review full deliverables, ensuring narrative accuracy, flow, and commercial resonance.

• Drive complex decision-making and shape strategic trade-offs with clients and internal teams.

• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and strategic misalignment, proposing clear solutions.

• Ensure quality assurance (QA) processes are embedded across projects and rigorously followed.

• Balance delivery responsibilities with people leadership and team wellbeing.

• Guide team schedules, resource allocation, and workload balancing across multiple projects.

• Foster cohesion and collaboration across functions, disciplines, and project teams.

• Navigate complex conversations and build trusted senior-level partnerships with clients.

• Lead client calls, workshops, and strategic meetings with clarity, confidence, and professional authority.

• Provide structured, persuasive communication in written and verbal formats, setting standards for team quality.

• Own full project scope across budget, timelines, team structure, risks, and client expectations.
