TEAM LEWIS is looking for an experienced Account Director to join our growing corporate reporting team, based in our stunning penthouse offices on the iconic Battersea Power Station Estate. This role sits within a specialist corporate reporting team that joined TEAM LEWIS following the acquisition of Instinct if Partners in September 2025. The Role We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Corporate Reporting Account Director to lead the delivery of high-profile annual reports, sustainability reports, and integrated reporting projects for a portfolio of global clients.

This role requires a strong understanding of the corporate reporting landscape, exceptional client management skills, and the ability to oversee complex multi-stakeholder projects from strategy and planning through to final production and delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience working across both print and digital reporting environments and be confident managing reporting workflows within platforms such as CTRLPrint and Workiva.

Key Responsibilities Project Leadership
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of annual reports, sustainability reports, ESG reports, integrated reports, and related communications
• Manage multiple reporting projects simultaneously across design, content, production, digital, and development teams
• Coordinate complex review and approval processes with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop detailed project schedules, scopes of work, and resource plans
• Identify and manage project risks, ensuring solutions are implemented proactively

Client Management
• Act as the senior day-to-day contact for corporate reporting clients
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including communications, sustainability, investor relations, legal, and executive teams
• Lead client meetings, workshops, reporting timelines, and project planning sessions
• Provide strategic guidance on reporting best practice, structure, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement
• Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard, on time and within budget

Reporting and Production Knowledge
• Demonstrate strong understanding of corporate reporting regulations, reporting trends, and best practice
• Work confidently within structured reporting workflows and digital reporting platforms
• Experience managing projects using CTRLPrint and/or Workiva is highly desirable
• Understanding of print production processes, proofing stages, version control, and digital/interactive reporting outputs
