Location: Greater London
Talbot Underwriting Services Ltd operates within the Lloyd’s Market through Syndicate 1183 and Syndicate 2019. This role reports to the Operations Manager and oversees underwriting support staff, including Technical Assistants, with responsibilities for mentoring, performance management, and staff development.
You will build relationships with underwriters and CoE partners, monitor quality and service metrics, ensure compliance with workflows, and support IT development efforts.
