The BOH Stock Manager leads the back-of-house stock operation, taking ownership of stock accuracy, receiving deliveries, stockroom organisation and shrinkage control. This is a hands-on role, working closely with the VM Team, Floor Managers and sales floor team to ensure product moves efficiently from delivery through to the customer, while keeping the stockroom compliant, organised and audit-ready at all times. The position requires an experienced, commercially minded retail leader who can take ownership of stock performance within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The BOH Stock Manager helps translate company stock and loss-prevention standards into daily execution, acting as the link between the stockroom and the shop floor.
