Position: Risk & Controls Lead - RCSA Rollout (6 Months)
Location: Greater London

CFC Underwriting seeks a Risk & Controls Manager (Interim 6 months) to lead RCSA development, embed risk management and drive governance reporting. You will partner with the business to ensure controls, risks and remediation are owned and sustained as BAU, mapping control activities to practical assessments across functions.

You will coach first line teams, shape evidence requirements, and deliver clear management information to governance forums while transitioning project delivery into BAU
